The client had a clear idea in mind when they contacted me to design the cover for this mystery novel, and they asked it to be in the style of my "PopCulture.gif" series. I wanted it to be fun with a touch of macabre, almost like one of those vintage postcards you might send back home while on vacation, except that a woman is being horribly sunburned. What fun!
